Merry Christmas

It is Christmas eve. Sarah and Reza are curled up on the sofa watching a horror movie. I can hear it while surfing and typing this. Another Christmas is here again. I hope my family in Perth, US and UK are ready for a great weekend and that my Christian friends are all with their family.

The whole month the malls have been so crazy. Even the folks who are not celebrating Christmas also took the opportunity of the sales that are going on. I made sure that we only ventured to the malls on weekdays either early in the morning or late evening as that is when there were less people. The only mall I know that never gets super busy is Giant, Kota Damansara. It is my favourite place to shop for groceries. When I was growing up in Lembah Keramat (AU5), the first Giant store opened in Taman Permata which was a mile down the road. Almost everyday, my mum and I would go there to buy groceries even though our fridge was full. My mum loves to have a look-round and that habit has brushed off on me.

Thus, if I don't visit a supermarket (any one will do but Giant is preferred) for a few days, I get restless. It is an addiction. I don't buy much, just want to look-see, you know, to window-shop. Yes, I know what the supermarkets have and how much the items cost but I still want to go and wheel the trolley round the aisles. Do I need therapy?
