Yay! School is out!
Here we are at the end of another school year. Sarah had a fun year in primary four. Her results were fair for the effort she put in. She got number 18 in a class of 39. Each time I feel like transforming into a Tiger Mom, I count to ten and breathe. Her father and I just want her to enjoy learning and understand the concepts plus how to think outside of the box to solve problems.
The recent UPSR results have shown so many parents racing to show off their children's results. I am happy for those who have 5As but what about the children who did not get all As. Why sideline them?
This mentality of going up stage and parading As should be stopped. All the kids should go on stage no matter what their results are or nobody goes up at all.
Just pick up the results and go home. No need be sad if you do not get all As and no need to gloat if you do.
